Well Done Grade 3!
You made it through the first week of school. I am so proud of you and how quickly you adapted to all the changes. We are going to have a great year of learning.
This week was filled with organizing our materials. Ms. Lysak came to our class for a Music visit and we got to play on the new park with Ms. Nanavaty.
Thank you to all the moms and dads for sending you prepared with water bottles and indoor shoes.
A few reminders to help things run smoothly:
- Drop and Go! To help with safe distancing we ask your help in the mornings.
- We'll continue to dismiss from our door and I'll stay around to make sure everyone is picked up for this coming week. We will talk about where to go when you can't find your parent for pick up time in the future.
- Please make sure everything is labeled; especially outer wear such as jackets, hoodies and hats.
- Dress for the weather. Mornings feel cool and afternoons can get quite warm. The Weather Network is also predicting some bigger changes (aka SNOW) for next week. Come prepared.
- Water Bottles! It is very important to make sure you have one every day. Water fountains are not in operation right now but water filling stations are.
